you can find lots of beaches in Malaga city, but the one right next to the harbour is a bit dirty, so I recommend to take a local bus to east to find a nicer beach. The bus no.11 goes along the beach to the east, you can take it from the city center.
Frigiliana-it's a famous white washed village in Andalusia. I always wanted to go there, and finally my dream came true.
Cute narrow streets.
Flowers everywhere.
Church of St. Anthony
Old sugar factory
what a view!!
Everything was so pretty, the best place in Andalusia for sure.
You can take a bus from Malaga to Nerja which is resort town on costa de sol, takes 1 hour and half to get there. The buses runs every hour, then you can change the bus to Frigiliana, the buses to Frigiliana are only 8 - 10 a day so you better check the time, but it's only 6km from Nerja so you can take a taxi there too costs about 12 - 15 euro.
PS-
I love taking a sight seeing train or buses when I go to the new places!!
